The components where additive wins.
Thirty-nine part families across Space, Missiles & Defence, Aero Engine, Airframe and UAV, Medical and Industry, each tied to the approval that releases it. We screened every one for the geometry, alloy, recurrence and qualification path where metal additive manufacturing beats every alternative.
Part families
Space

Main-engine injector head, 200 to 800 kN
Injection elements and their feed manifolds print as one part instead of a brazed stack.

Regeneratively cooled thrust chamber
Coolant channels print inside the chamber wall, so the slotting and close-out steps disappear.

Biprop thruster chamber, 100 to 440 N
Injector, chamber and cooling passages share one printed body, so fewer brazed joints need qualifying.

AOCS thruster injector body, 1 to 22 N
Propellant channels and the valve seat print in, with no cross-drilled ports left to plug.

Turbopump impeller and inducer
The shrouded impeller and inducer print as one piece, with no brazed cover to inspect.

Gas generator and preburner body
Internal flow paths print whole, in place of a machined and welded assembly.

Launch-vehicle fluid manifold
Smooth internal routing replaces cross-drilled, plugged ports and the leak paths that come with them.

Satellite and launcher bracket
Topology optimisation keeps the load paths and removes the rest, so the bracket carries the same loads at lower mass.

Torch igniter and ignition manifold
Igniter chamber, injector and manifold passages print as one body for LOX-methane engines.

Turbomachinery housings and hot-gas castings
Housings print in place of long-lead castings, and their internal passages need no core.

Propellant valve bodies, cryogenic and pyro
Valve bodies print with their passages built in, in place of drilled and plugged blocks.

Satellite propulsion manifold
Feed lines and thruster ports route inside one block, with fewer welds to leak-test.

Satellite titanium fittings
Strut ends, nodes, hinges and bosses print whole in place of machined assemblies.
Missiles & Defence

Ramjet fuel-injection ring segment
Fuel galleries and injection orifices print into each segment, at missile production rates.

Missile internal brackets and mounts
Equipment brackets and mounts for missile bays print in titanium, at production rates.

Scramjet combustor panel and injection strut
Cooling channels and fuel injectors print into the panel and the strut of an actively cooled combustor.

Rifle suppressor, special-forces class
The baffle stack and tube print as one titanium part, lighter than a welded steel can.
Aero Engine & MRO

Combustor swirler and fuel injector tip
Swirler vanes and fuel passages share one part, for new engine builds and MRO replacement.

Helicopter-engine NGV ring
Cooled vanes and both bands print as one ring for military helicopter engines.

Inlet cowl anti-ice duct link
The curved titanium link prints with its flanges and mounting lug, to an MRO-requalified process.

Engine test rake and probe head
Rake bodies print with their pressure tubes and passages inside, ready for the test cell.

Air-oil and fuel-oil heat exchanger core
Thin-wall lattice channels pack more heat-transfer surface into the lubrication system’s envelope.
Airframe & UAV

Hydraulic and fuel manifold
Curved internal passages replace drilled cross-ports and plugs, cutting weight and leak paths.

Double-walled fuel line elbow and junction
The inner tube, the outer shroud and the ribs between them print as one part, with no welded joint.

Airframe titanium fittings and brackets
Fittings print near net shape instead of being machined from titanium billet.

UAV structural and landing-gear fittings
Structural, inlet and landing-gear fittings print in titanium at UAV build rates.
Medical

Spinal interbody fusion cage, porous
The in-growth lattice prints with the cage, and many cages nest and stack in each build.

Tibial baseplate, cementless
A porous bone-facing surface prints on the solid tray, for fixation without cement.

Sacroiliac joint fusion implant
A porous in-growth lattice prints around a solid core.

Corpectomy cage, static porous
Porous vertebral body replacements print in batches across the size range.

Revision knee cone and augment
Fully porous cones and augments fill bone loss in revision knee surgery.

Metal-backed cementless patella
A porous printed backing fixes without cement, and the size range prints in batches.

Reverse shoulder glenoid baseplate
The porous back and central post print with the solid face, in standard and augmented sizes.

Humeral stemless anchor
A porous core cage with fins for bone in-growth prints on a solid collar.

Acetabular shell, porous
A porous outer dome prints onto a solid bearing seat, ready for cementless fixation.

Porous pedicle screw shank, cannulated
Cannulated, fenestrated shanks with a porous surface print many to a build.

Total ankle tibial tray, porous
A porous bone-facing surface prints on a solid tray, across the total ankle size range.

Osteotomy wedge and truss spacer
Open lattice wedges and spacers print for Cotton, Evans and hindfoot procedures.
Industry

Control valve cage and trim, severe service
Multi-stage flow paths print through the cage wall, where no drill can reach.
Every image is a concept render of a part family on its build plate. Medical families are made under ISO 13485 for orthopaedic OEMs abroad. Every part will be qualified to its programme’s acceptance criteria before it ships.

We screen every candidate part for the geometry, alloy and economics where additive wins, and if it does not win on yours, we will say so.
