We collect what we need to answer you, and nothing else.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising trackers. We ask for your details in exactly one place, the enquiry form, and we ask because someone has to write back.

01 · What we collect

Three things, and you hand us all of them deliberately.

The enquiry form
Your name, your organisation, your email address, the sector you select and whatever you write in the message. Only the name, email and message are required.
Email and phone
Whatever you choose to send when you write to us or call, including a CV if you are applying for a role.
Server request logs
Our host records the usual web-server fields for every request, among them your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser's user-agent string. We do not link those records to anything else.

We ask for no identity document, no payment detail and no government registration number, and we never ask you to create an account. Please do not send controlled or proprietary technical data through the form. Write or call, and we will open a controlled channel.

02 · Why we hold it, and for how long

To reply, to quote, and to keep the thread.

  • Enquiries. We use what you send to answer your question, scope the work and keep the conversation coherent across months, because qualification programmes run long. We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after the last exchange.
  • Applications. We read your CV to assess you for the role you named and for others we are opening. We keep it for up to 12 months, then delete it, unless you ask us to hold it longer.
  • Request logs. Our host retains these on its own schedule for security and diagnostics. We do not mine them.
  • Never. We do not sell your details, rent them, trade them, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. There is no mailing list.

03 · Who else touches it

Two companies, and we will name both.

Netlify
Hosts this site and receives every form submission, storing it and emailing it to us. Netlify is a United States company and the data rests on its infrastructure.
Google Fonts
The typefaces load from Google's servers, so Google sees the IP address of everyone who opens a page here. We are moving the fonts onto our own domain to close that.
Nobody else
No analytics, no heatmaps, no advertising pixels, no chat widget, no embedded video, no social tracking script. You can confirm that by reading the page source.

This site stores one item in your browser: a session flag that stops the opening animation replaying on every page. It is not a cookie, it never reaches us, and it disappears when you close the tab.

04 · Your choices

Ask, and we act.

Write to devak.kamath@krittvadna.com and the founder handles it personally, within two working days.

  • See it. Ask what we hold about you and we will send you the lot.
  • Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
  • Delete it. Ask and we delete your enquiry or your application, including the copy held by Netlify. We will confirm when it is done.
  • Complain. If our answer does not satisfy you, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you the right to take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
